Case of Cederberg Bukettraube

A floral Bukettraube with notes of chamomile and white blossom aromas. Hints of apricot, dried fruit and honeydew follow through on the semi-sweet palate that lead to a sensational creamy finish. A great food-pairing wine.

Pairs best with spicy (but not too hot) fusion foods. Sweet Cape curries, sweet barbeques, or goose liver and baked fruits all work well.

Cheese: Boerenkaas, edam, emmental, gruyère and unsmoked provolone will all be good matches.

Optimum drinking time is 2 - 5 years.
