Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

  • Deliveries within the Western Cape, for orders of less than 3 cases = R80 including VAT.
  • Deliveries to all provinces except the Western Cape, for orders of less than 3 cases = R150 including VAT.
  • Deliveries nationwide for orders of 3 cases or more = Free Delivery.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Wine In The Warehouse guarantees to do our utmost to arrange delivery to all our customers as quickly as possible. Based on previous orders our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within 1- 3 business days from date of your order, for delivery addresses within Cape Town and surrounds.
  • Within 3-5 business days from the date of your order, for delivery addresses within major centres, excluding Cape Town.
  • Within 5-7 business days from the date of your order, for delivery addresses situated in outer lying areas.

NOTE: To provide nationwide delivery, some delivery areas require the involvement of a third party courier. Although we do everything we can to deliver all orders on time, things can go wrong so we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the estimated time frame. We will thus not be liable for loss caused by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
