About the Wine

Our flagship red blend gets its name from our 200-year-old watermill. This is an unapologetically Beaumont blend based on Mourvedre, Pinotage, Syrah and Cabernet Franc.

Pair with coq au vin, Italian sausage pasta, or a great piece of steak with spices such as cumin, pepper and coriander, enhancing the natural spice of the wine.
