Tasting Notes

The wine displays a ruby colour in the glass with a brilliant edge. On the
nose the wine displays aromas of plum skin, baking spice and cherry
wood, The palate is a melange of wild berries, pink pepper corn and
light oak toast with alluring freshness and drinkability. The mid-palate is
juicy, yet the finish is dry with beautiful plush tannins.

Food pairing

A perfect pairing with roast pork loin, quail, or duck breast.
