Case of Springfield The Work of Time Red Blend
It was our desire to produce a classic blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were fermented whole with native yeast and was left for 5 weeks on the skins. A slow 12 months of barrel maturation followed and 4 years of bottle ageing. Rich, classic and complex from age - of vines and wine.
43% Merlot, 39% Cabernet Franc, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon & 2% Petit Verdot
