Tasting Notes
The wine shows an abundance of flavour like apricot and white pear with hints lemon and elderflower. Fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels add toasted almonds and vanilla to the nose. The lemon and apricot flavours follow on the palate, and the fresh acidity leaves an elegant finish to the wine.
