Case of Cavalli Chardonnay

Aromas of citrus blossom, flint, white stone fruit, and yellow apple are complemented by notes of brioche, wood spice, and grapefruit, supported by a soft acidity

This wine was barrel fermented and matured for a total of 10 months in French oak barrels. The first month for completion of fermentation and malolactic fermentation (30%) and the rest of the time on leese. All the new wood (30%) used was 30OL Burgundy cooper French oak.
