Case of Seven Springs Chardonnay

With a higher RS and resulting TA the wine’s palate is more weighted and complex. Slightly sweeter, yes, but still a classic Chardonnay showing all the fresh characteristics of the Overberg. Clean fruit flavours, lingering minerality and striking acidity. Aromas and flavours of ripe apples, tropical fruit, white florals, hints of nuttiness and even coconut.

We recommend sharing this wine with friends over a crispy pork belly, a roasted chicken or even a curry. A great pairing with Chardonnay is aubergine and can be used in any of the dishes mentioned. Perfect serving temperature is vital and we recommend 14-16°C.
