In a country that makes as much Savvy Bee as South Africa, one needs to pick your sites carefully if you want to beat the rest. Our Prof Black vineyards are high up in the foothills of the Simonsberg, with one of the blocks being 36 years old (that’s really old for Sauvignon).

The wine carries an explosive vanguard of elderflower, nettles, ripe passionfruit, and lime. The palate is alive and zesty, with passionfruit and citrus elements lingering for days.

Pairs well with Asian greens with noodles.
