Case of Warwick Professor Black Pitch Black Red Blend

If there was a “renaissance man” wine in Warwick's range, this would be it. It carries all the dark, brooding ripe fruit of classic barrel-aged Stellenbosch Bordeaux, combined with a delightfully progressive component of whole-bunch, tank-fermented Cinsault. The Cinsault adds a layer of clean, bright, juicy berry fruit, over the otherwise quite weighty affair.

Ready to enjoy now, but will continue to develop well over the next decade. 

Cabernet Sauvignon - 46% , Merlot - 20% , Cabernet Franc - 19%, Cinsault - 7%, Malbec - 6% & Petit Verdot - 2%. 

Pairs well with slow braised beef sirloin and pork meatballs with tomato sauce.
