Case of Warwick First Lady Sauvignon Blanc

It's all about the freshness with the First Lady Sauvignon Blanc. This meant waking up at the crack of dawn to get the fruit into the cellar while it’s cold. The grapes are pressed and cool-fermented (which helps to keep those juicy, fresh tropical fruit aromas). The end result is a zesty and refreshing wine with aromas of cut grass, green figs, and passionfruit, followed by a palate of pineapple, passionfruit, and ripe guavas. 

Pairs well with braided cucumber California rolls.
