Tasting Notes

A rich, creamy yeasty aroma with a full, ripe toasty flavor on the palate finishing dry with a savory aftertaste. Maturation will occur at a quicker rate and should be consumed within 3 years of disgorgement. There is a big movement to a more Natural approach and this Cap Classique satisfies that need. A premium Cap Classique with hints of yeast extract and citrus on the nose. Savoury and extra dry on the palate. Additive free (No Sulphur, No Sugar, fermented on its own yeasts).
