The Saxenburg Private Collection Sauvignon Blanc 2022 has an incredibly inviting and complex nose, showing white-fleshed nectarines, freshly cut passion fruit, ripe pear, and kiwi. The fruit follows through beautifully to the palate, with a hint of orange pith adding interest at the back of the palate. The wine is wonderfully weighted and textured, but Saxenburg’s typical minerality ensures balance and freshness.
