Case of Newton Johnson Resonance

Resonance is a wine where the winemakers get to play with Sauvignon blanc, pushing the boundaries of the conventional style. The intention is to produce a wine that is pure, looking past fruit expression for complexity.

An age worthy vintage with glints of struck match and gunflint, opening to fleshier ruby grapefruit, white asparagus, and traces of lemongrass. Waxy and coating texture with mealy/chalky grip and passionfruit sweetness in the mid palate. Long, flavourful and linear finish with supporting acidity.
